FESTGOLVET provides a web-based platform that allows DJs, event hosts, and attendees to interactively manage music requests, queues, and event atmospheres. The service relies on integrations with third-party streaming providers (such as Spotify).

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Appropriate Content: You agree not to use the platform to solicit, transmit, or promote any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Event Compliance: As a host, you are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary public performance licenses required to play copyrighted music at your events. FESTGOLVET is an interface tool and does not grant you licenses to broadcast music.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Spotify, SoundCloud). Your use of these integrations is strictly subject to the respective terms and conditions of those platforms. FESTGOLVET is not responsible for any downtime, API changes, or limitations imposed by these third-party providers.

5. Intellectual Property

The FESTGOLVET software, branding, logos, and original content are the exclusive property of FESTGOLVET and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

FESTGOLVET is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall FESTGOLVET or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
